The Overland Park-based company (Nasdaq: DGLY), which makexs digital surveillance products for law enforcement and said Monday that it had hired Michaekl Caulfield as vice president ofstrategic development, effectivde immediately. Caulfield had held the Banc of America Securities positionn from 2006 throughthis year, handlinbg the firm’s relationships with larg industrial companies and global investment bankint in the safety, security, engineering and construction the release said.
